Custom-built recruiting CRM
Candidates, clients, roles, ownership, conversations and deal history in one system built around how we recruit.
One recruiter. Fully remote in Japan. Deep tech.
Julie and I want to meet one Japanese-speaking recruiter who can bill and wants more upside, their own AI operating agent and less agency noise.
Run the numbers. Then decide if it is worth a conversation.
Not you? JPY 100,000 if your referral becomes our hire. The ClearPath compensation scheme
A negotiated, guaranteed base. Progressive commission at 5%, 35% and 50%, plus additional credit when the team delivers through relationships you own.
Include fees from candidates you own, even when Axel or Julie closes the placement. Candidate ownership remains active for three months after your last meaningful contact.
The base is competitive and negotiated by experience, track record and fit. The calculator starts blank so you can use your own assumption.
Commission before base
At JPY 60M in client-paid placement fees across 12 active months.
Each rate applies only inside its band.
The ClearPath AI-native stack
This is not a chatbot tab sitting beside a generic ATS.
We built our recruiting CRM and agent-first workflows around how ClearPath actually operates. Each recruiter gets a dedicated agent connected to one shared memory that grows from the work and learnings of the whole team.

Alfred works with Axel. Elvis works with Julie. You get the next dedicated agent, built from the same architecture, shaped around your desk and able to run recurring workflows without rebuilding context from zero.
Useful calls, decisions, outcomes and learnings strengthen the same company memory. Your agent starts with ClearPath context and grows as we work.
One shared intelligence. One agent per recruiter.
Calls · candidate history · client context · outcomes · what worked
The system carries context and repetition. You carry judgment, relationships and the close.
What you walk into
ClearPath brings an established deep-tech portfolio across robotics, AI, space, embedded and hard engineering. You bring proven relationships and commercial judgment. We build from both.
ClearPath brings
Axel and Julie keep billing, opening doors and sharing what works. Your agent removes repetition; the team adds market context and support.
You bring
Japanese business fluency, evidence you can create revenue, trusted client and candidate relationships, and the initiative to use every advantage.
Your goals are yours. You do the work. We work beside you and give you every useful advantage we have.
The operating proof
This is historic individual performance, not an income guarantee. It is proof that the desk and the market are real.
Axel Algoet
Axel + Alfred
JPY 60M
Average annual billings over the past four years.
Started his own agency with less than three years in recruitment.
Julie Algoet
Julie + Elvis
JPY 70M
Average annual billings after roughly two years.
Hunger, humility, candidate care, reps and trust in the process.
Founder transparency
Most people made money. Placements happened.
Long term, I had not built enough structure as a founder.
I changed direction too often and asked people to absorb the cost.
What is different this time
I still do not know everything. I will communicate directly and own my mistakes.
The filter
They need more leverage.
A client portfolio means proof that you can create relationships and revenue. It does not mean bringing confidential information or ignoring restrictions.

Yes. You earn 5% on the first placement fee assigned to you once the client pays ClearPath. Higher rates apply only to fees inside each band.
No. It is a marginal rate. In a full plan year, each yen above JPY 20M pays at 50%. Fees below JPY 20M keep the rate of the band they sit within.
Client side: when Axel or Julie places into a client relationship assigned to you, you receive 10% of the client-paid fee. Candidate side: when we place a candidate you own, the fee runs through your progressive plan even if you did not close it. Candidate ownership lasts for three months after your last meaningful contact. If both sides are yours and another team member closes, both credits apply.
No. The base is guaranteed. Missing a billing target does not create employee debt to ClearPath.
Your first plan period runs from August through December. Salary and both thresholds are prorated to five active months. Full annual bands begin on the following January 1.
After ClearPath receives the client's payment, on the fixed schedule set out in the written commission terms. Each payment uses a year-to-date true-up: commission earned so far minus commission already paid in that calendar year. The final schedule and calculation method are confirmed in the employment and commission documents.
Competitive and negotiated by experience, production history, relationships and fit. Use your own assumption in the calculator.
